Michael is a UK-based entertainment lawyer and music business consultant. He has worked in the music industry since 1996 enjoying successful stints at Island Records and the Association of Independent Music (AIM), a music business trade association that represents independent record labels.
In addition to working with a number of independent artists and music businesses, Michael supports a diverse range of grass roots creative projects and has consulted on a number of creative stand-alone projects including music business roadshows, theatrical productions and cross-cultural community music projects.
Michael recently launched his new website yeahpod.co.uk, which provides reviews, tips and advice for musicians and music industry professionals. The site also hosts a new podcast series called ‘Drop da Biscuit’ featuring interviews with top musicians and other creatives.
